About us
Overland placed its’ first insurance policy on August 17, 1969. The Agency is family owned and operated where the customer is treated like an extension of that family. In fact, all of our customers have access to the Company Presidents’ ear if they wish.
The Agency began as a specialty market for manufactured homes in Arizona. During the 1970’s and 1980’s, the Agency expanded its’ horizons from insuring only the “fixed” mobile homes of Arizona to truly “mobile” homes in 46 States.
We like to think of a Recreational Vehicle as a home with a motor in it, however this “home” whether it is a motor home, bus conversion, travel trailer or 5th wheel camper requires specialized insurance knowledge. Overland Insurance Services and the Companies we represent provide each RV owner with the specialized coverage that his “traveling” home needs.
What we do …
We design custom insurance packages, to provide protection against the loss exposure recreational vehicle ownership creates. Whether you’re a NASCAR driver living in a custom bus conversion or a retiree pulling a small pop-up camper, you have a vulnerability to financial loss that must be identified and properly insured.
Where we do it …
All our employees are licensed insurance professionals in our home State of Arizona. In addition, at least one Employee-Agent also holds a non-resident license in the remaining 44 States in which we operate. Our Employee-Agents provide superior insurance servicing in all States except … Hawaii, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Rhode Island & Wyoming.
Who we are …
Ronald L. Jarvie
Ron joined his father at Overland in May of 1975. Ron graduated from Arizona State University College of Business - with Insurance being his field of specialization. Ron earned the national designation of “Certified Insurance Counselor”, in September of 1994.
M. Travis Breedlove
Travis joined his father-in-law at Overland in December of 2002. Travis is also a graduate of Arizona State University. Travis earned the national designation of “Certified Insurance Service Representative”, in October of 2006. Travis is married to Ron’s daughter Jaime and has blessed him with a beautiful granddaughter “Mckinley”.
Meghan E. Kozacek
Meghan is the most recent family member to join Overland, having joined her father here in April of 2005. Unlike her father, sister and brother-in-law, Meghan chose to go south and graduated from the University of Arizona. Meghan will earn her “CISR” designation in 2007.
Maryann Pisauro
After moving to Arizona from Michigan, Maryann joined the Overland crew in November of 1981. She continues to manage the manufactured home insurance division along with the “park model” and “stationary” trailer insurance products.
